The Bario Apartments turn one of Los Santos' most recognizable housing projects into 51 fully enterable units. Peeling plaster, exposed brick, water-stained ceilings, and a fridge that hasn't been cleaned since the 90s. Every unit looks lived in and rundown to fit the theme of the area in Los Santos perfectly.

Built with roleplay in mind, the Bario gives your players a whole neighborhood to call home. Shared courtyards and a central parking lot are natural spots for car meets, block parties, deals gone wrong, and neighbors hanging around outside. Whether your players are fresh out of prison and starting from nothing, running a crew out of the block, or trying to keep their head down, there's a door here with their name on it.

What's Included

• 51 fully accessible apartment interiors, built from scratch

• Multiple interior layouts, so the complex doesn't feel copy-pasted from one door to the next

• Windows you can see and shoot through from the inside and outside, that optionally open when you walk near them.

• Grimy, detailed interiors, including worn kitchens, cramped bathrooms, beat-up living rooms, and bedrooms that make do with a fold-out couch

• An exterior and interior that fit the original theme of the area in GTA with all the grit and imperfection

Location

• Located off Jamestown and Carson, the Bario sits right in the heart of the south side. Most servers treat these buildings as background scenery, with dozens of doors that never open. This MLO makes every one of them a real place your players can live in, meet in, and fight over.

Highly Optimized

• Fifty-one interiors in one area is a lot, and we built with that in mind. The meshes, textures, LODs and everything are optimized so the block runs smoothly.

Installation

1. Drop the resource into your server's resources folder. Extract the zip file "Extract Here" and make sure the folder structure looks like "resources/chaserp_bario_apartments

2. You will also need the PolyZone resource for the apartments to work -> https://github.com/mkafrin/PolyZone

3. Add "ensure chaserp_bario_apartments" to your resources.cfg or server.cfg

4. Restart -> Done!
